I believe in Jesus and God and the Holy Spirit.
I am a Christian, not in the sense that it is all about rules and being 'religious' but in that we are all created by a heavenly father, who loves us eternally and unconditionally.
Being a Christian is not about following all these laws and being scared of going to hell or being punished by God. It is about relationship, about knowing that Jesus is with you at all times and that He is holding your hand through all the tough times. That He cries alongside you when everything sucks and when you don't want to go on any longer.
I believe in all this because of my experiences, because I could not have become who I am today without God and because He has turned my life completely upside down.
I have been through a lot for someone who is so young (or at least my family say I have). I don't always understand why things happen or why the world seems so mean sometimes BUT..
I know that God has brought me through, that He has given me life that is better than anything I imagined. I know that there are things that I will never understand but I know that there are plans beyond my wildest dreams, plans that God has for me and that will bring me more than I ever deserve.
Above all of this I know that I am the daughter of a heavenly King, that He is my Father and that He loves me until the end of time, with no strings attached.
That is it. This is why I live and what I live for.
